Your subscription begins with 20 meals that can be booked directly from your profile. Each meal is valid for one item from our exclusive subscription menu.
Your meals are valid for exactly 30 days from subscription start. Any unused meals after this period will automatically expire with no possibility of refund.
Each selection from our subscription menu costs exactly 1 meal. Your meal balance will be deducted immediately upon booking. Cancelled meals do not Added back to the Account
Meals can only be booked during standard kitchen operating hours, identical to our non-subscription service. Check current hours in your profile.
Taste preferences vary between customers and vendors. We recommend trying our service 2-3 times before subscribing to ensure it meets your expectations.
Each subscription is tied to a specific tiffin service. Please verify the service carefully before purchasing as subscriptions are non-transferable.
Your meal balance resets every 30 days - unused meals do not roll over. Plan your meals strategically throughout the month. Remember that once you book a meal, it immediately deducts from your balance. We recommend spreading your meals throughout the subscription period to fully enjoy the Tasty20 experience. Cancelled meals don't add the meal back to the Count
If you haven't booked any meals within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a 95% refund. After this 7-day window, no refunds are available for any reason, including unused meals at the end of the 30-day period.
Food taste is subjective and depends on individual preferences and vendor preparation. We encourage new customers to try several individual meals before subscribing to ensure our offerings match your taste expectations. Subscriptions are non-refundable based on taste preferences after the initial 7-day period.
