Refund Policy – WoodTasty
1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Order Not Delivered: If your order was not delivered due to our error.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive a meal that is different from what was ordered.
- Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled or contaminated (photo proof required).
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the meal was delivered as ordered but did not meet taste preferences.
- If the incorrect address was provided by the customer.
- If the customer was unavailable at the delivery location.
- If the refund request is made after 24 hours of receiving the meal.
- If the order was canceled after preparation or dispatch.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact us via the Help Centre within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, issue details, and proof (photos if applicable).
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hrs.
4. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- In case of technical issues, refunds may take up to 10 business days.
5. Order Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made before meal preparation starts are eligible for a refund. Once food is prepared or dispatched, no refund will be issued.
There will be a Cancellation Charge of 5 % On the Total value paid.
For Example if You pay Rs 100 then Amount to be Refunded = Rs 95.
